14I Basketball Season Begins!

Its that time of the year again, basketball season! On saturday November 23rd I cheered at the second home girls game. Since there are 24 girls on the cheerleading team, we had to split the team up to cheer for the first game which was that past wednesday. About 15 girls cheer each game. Cheering at my first college game was very exciting, especially because the girls basketball team won against Post University. This game was so much different than any basketball game I had ever previously cheered at. My team and I stood behind the basketball hoop compared to sitting on the bleachers as my high school team did. We were able to do cheers whenever we felt they were needed easily. I am very excited to see where the rest of the basketballs season takes us!
